January 2010

Integration between the EFOS Operations Board and the Avinode charter booking solution is delivered. All EFOS users can now benefit from this commercial enhancement.

October 2009

An Operations Log is added to EFOS. This new module allows flight operations staff to log events that occur during their shift. The system is highly structured to provide analysis of key events and provides an audited hand-over check list and ties together the functions of operations crewing, flight planning, engineering and security staff.

August 2009

The scope of the EFOS Journey Log Module has been expanded to comply with the Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) requirements of the European Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS). To complement the existing fuel efficiency functions additional data points are now collected enabling clients to accurately monitor their emissions and generate ETS benchmark reports, such as tonne kilometre data.

July 2009

The operations board has been re-written in Silverlight to improve usability and speed. Functionality has been further improved whilst retaining all previous interactions with the electronic journey log.

March 2009

Latest release of EFOS:Efb introduces full synchronisation with EFOS:Web libraries and crew notices. This release also introduces a much improved user interface and an improved application launcher to allow third party programs to be accessed seamlessly. Additional logging of hardware status/activity is also added to enable full tracking and auditing of EFB devices via EFOS:Web.
