path for operators wishing to move on to the full version in the future.

Crew Notices
Crew notices, journey logs and manuals can be uploaded and distributed through
an easy to use document management interface. Crew notices can contain rich
content optimised for online delivery.
Personalised Content
Every pilot and manager that logs into the site is presented with a customised
and prioritised view of the alerts and notices which they are required to read.
The home page displays all outstanding notices, alerts and news items.
Reports and Notifications
Users can create reports and personal messages which can be sent to operations
staff and accountable managers. The system tracks responses and presents
recipients with a summary of outstanding reports by fleet and category. The
system allows your crew to remain involved in the reporting process through to
conclusion.
Library Documents
Library documents can be uploaded and managed using the administration site.
Document revisions can be created so that each user is required to read and
acknowledge amendments as they appear. Managers can track these activities to
instantly identify crew members with outstanding acknowledgements. This reduces
both the costly practice of producing paper manuals and eliminates the
time-consuming maintenance, auditing and amendment process.
Flight Folder and Dispatch
Flight plans, NOTAMS, weather reports, charts and other dynamic information
(including customer details, schedules and airfield briefs) can be uploaded to
EFOS:Lite by flight dispatchers for collection by flight crew using any
available Internet connection. Poor quality facsimile copies of day-to-day
operational items are a thing of the past; with EFOS:Lite content is rich and
transmission costs are zero.
Tracking and Auditing
Summary audits display a list of crew members that have not acknowledged notices
or amendments allowing operations staff to follow-up where necessary. Other
reports track synchronisation activity with offline devices and e-mail
notifications generated by user reports.
